This is a place where I share master classes, courses and guided meditations to support better understanding of neurodivergent relationships and the  skills  to needed to  improve communication with your loved ones. 

 

Please note  that information I share on this website and the associated social media channels, courses, programs, downloads or guides, is general in nature and does not substitute for professional health / medical advice or treatment.

 

In addition, unless you have booked and attended an individual or couple consultation with me, all other information and communication between us is considered to be general.  None of this online contact between us implies, represents, or establishes a professional therapist-client relationship.

 

Equipping yourself with the right tools to improve your well-being is a a great start but nothing can replace a conversation with a trained professional about your particular situation.  This material is designed to support  straight forward skill building in relationships where there is good will and mutual respect between the participants. It is not designed to help if there are ongoing, untreated mental health  issues. Then you would need other supports. The same caveat applies if there is any abuse or intimate partner violence occurring.

People are complicated.   So many factors  influence why anyone might be experiencing a particular challenge or difficulty. Without a thorough individual assessment and action plan any general information or strategies you come across online or in social media may be unhelpful and even worsen the problem.  That is even more true in the sensitive area of relationships.

 

As a general rule of thumb, if how you feel is making it hard to do normal everyday activities ( at home or at work), it is best to seek face to face treatment advice from your doctor as soon as possible to see if what you’re experiencing is related to a mental or a physical condition.

 

If you have concerns about how you’ve been feeling or would like some personalised advice, please speak to your General Practitioner (GP) or health care provider about professional services available to you in a consultation.   Do not put off getting help because of something you read on this site.  It is so important to get the appropriate help!

 

If you are based in Australia, there is arrange of excellent organisations that provide mental health support and treatment both online and over. The phone. They can connect you to mental health services in your area.
